Holland Christian took on a talented
Zeeland West team on Wednesday. Nathan Schloff ran an 18:20 on a
difficult course. Luke Peterson finished in just under 19 minutes.
Nate Mulder, Nolan VanderZwaag, and Ryan VanAppledorn all ran great
varsity races. The boys fell just short of Zeeland West.
Maria Kuiper, Kayla Windemuller,
Alyssa Boeve, and Saskia Praamsma all had top 5 finishes. This
propelled the girls to a very confident victory over the Dux. Holland
Christian's JV team also performed well, as many of them kept up with
Zeeland's varsity girls. The Maroons will compete in the
Cougar/Falcon Invite on September 20.
