Holland Christian took on Thornapple
Kellogg on Thursday night. Neither team was able to capitalize in the
first half. The Maroons exploded in the second half for four goals.
Bryce Eggers scored in the 45th minute from Mitch DePree.
DePree scored eight minutes later on a ball from Andrew Keizer. A few
minutes later, Caleb Rozeboom finished a ball from Ben Stump. Josue
Nuñez finished the scoring in the final minutes off of a corner kick
from Dylan Busscher. Holland Christian's 12 shots on goal gave them a
4-0 victory, improving their record to 5-1-1 on the season. The
Maroons will host the Hamilton Hawkeyes on Monday, September 8.
