Ottawa Invitational, January 11.
Holland
Christian competed in the West Ottawa Invitational on Saturday, along
with 22 other teams. Holland Christian scored 213.6 in the first
round, followed by a 192.16 in the second. Holland Christian tallied
278.6 in the third round to give them a total of 685.04. This score
would place them second in the Division 3 bracket. Paw Paw ended up
winning that bracket. Coach Gernaat said following the invitational,
“I was very pleased with the results. Our scores increased
dramatically since our last competition.” Holland Christian's next
meet will be held at Thornapple Kellogg High School on Wednesday,
January 15.
