The
Maroons continued their season on Wednesday night in Byron Center.
They began their performance scoring 207 in the first round and
184.08 in the second round. Holland Christian finished with a season
high in the third round, scoring 279.8. This gave Holland Christian a
total of 670.88, which earned the Maroons 4th
place. Hastings ended up in third place, Grand Rapids Catholic
Central in second, and Thornapple Kellogg finished in first. “I
thought they performed very well last night. I was very proud of
round 3; We have worked hard on it this week and the girls have begun
to show a lot more confidence in this round!” Holland Christian's
next meet will be held at East Kentwood on Saturday, January 25.
