2014 Girls Golf August 26 @ HC/ZE invite

Despite the wet conditions, Holland Christian participated in the Unity Christian Jamboree on Tuesday afternoon. Abby Karsten finished with a spectacular score of 40, the best score of any golfer in the event. Fellow junior Brittney Statema finished with a 47, Lydia Wiersema finished with a 49. Ali Swets rounded out the scoring with a 62. Altogether, the Maroons finished with a score of 198. That score would be enough for a first place finish on the day. Unity Christian finished in second place with a 212, followed closely by third place Zeeland West with 213. Holland Christian currently sits atop the OK Green conference with six points. Unity Christian has five points and Zeeland West has four.
