The Maroons returned home on Tuesday as
they hosted Forest Hills Northern. Holland Christian's Bre Luurtsema
and Lydia Wiersema each shot a 43 on the day. Candace Hoitenga and
Nola Tolsma were also key in the Maroons' performance today as they
were able to finish with a 49. Forest Hills Northern also played
exceptional, however they were no match for the Maroons, who combined
were able to finish with one of their best scores on the season.
Holland Christian closed out the day with a combined score of 183,
and Forest Hills Northern finished with a score of 193. The Maroons
look to repeat today's performance on Wednesday, September 25, as
they travel to Byron Center to compete in the Byron Center Green
Jamboree.
