2014 Girls Golf October 6 @ West Ottawa Conference Meet

Holland Christian participated in a conference tournament at West Ottawa on Monday after it was rained out on Friday. Lydia Wiersema scored an 81, the best score of any of the 35 players involved. Brittney Statema followed with an 84. Abby Karsten also shot a great game of 88. Ali Swets, Brooke Statema, and Jocelyn Kacekowski rounded out the scoring for the Maroons. Holland Christian finished in first place with 356. Hamilton came in second place with 394 after winning the tiebreaker against Unity, who also had 394. Overall, this was the best 18 hole match of the entire season for the Maroons. Holland Christian will participate in the regional tournament on October 8 at Diamond Springs.
